Choose Custom for website, multi-location or more complex programs.

It is the one-time implementation phase that verifies access, captures the full baseline, configures measurement and workflows, completes initial high-priority corrections and creates your initial 12-month Treatment Plan. Ongoing care then keeps the plan current. The setup is charged with your first monthly payment.

Visibility work needs time for initial corrections, ongoing publishing and measurement. Your annual subscription has an initial 12-month term, billed monthly rather than prepaid for the year. It continues monthly afterward. The 30-day money-back guarantee lets you assess the service at the start; it does not promise visibility results within that period.

Essential includes a 12-month Treatment Plan with regularly reviewed priorities, Google Business Profile care, review and reputation care, listings and citations, Google posts and approved images, 10 Core Priority Searches, local and AI visibility tracking, and a Monthly Health Report overseen by your Visibility Team.

Professional adds a dedicated Visibility Manager, a Monthly Visibility Review with a personalized manager summary, four reviewed website content improvements each month, coordinated Google and social publishing, one reviewed monthly Visibility Video Pack using approved media, 25 Priority Searches, and expanded competitor, service-area and AI-search monitoring. Your manager arranges a focused conversation when a decision or discussion would benefit from one.

Professional includes four reviewed website content improvements each month, such as a service-page section, educational article, FAQ set or structured information. These are selected from your current roadmap and are not necessarily four full articles. We publish where compatible access permits; otherwise, we provide files for your webmaster. Major development, creation or redesign belongs in a separately agreed Custom Visibility Care scope.

Custom Visibility Care is for website creation or redesign, multi-location businesses and complex programs. Scope, ownership, timetable and pricing are agreed with you before work begins.

Advertised prices exclude applicable taxes. Paid media, licensed assets, original filming, premium plugins, backlink purchases and other third-party costs are not included unless expressly stated. MapsDoc will not incur an additional pass-through charge without your prior written approval.

The first month establishes your baseline and addresses initial priorities. We review early progress around month 3 and broader changes across months 6–12, refining the plan as we go. These are review points, not deadlines for results: timing depends on your starting position, competition, location and search-platform changes. Rankings, leads and revenue are not guaranteed.

Cancel through Billing or email hello@mapsdoc.com within 30 calendar days of enrollment. We will cancel the subscription and refund all MapsDoc charges paid, including the Initial Care Setup fee. No explanation is required. After that window, cancellation stops renewal after the initial 12-month term; remaining payments for that term still apply. Once the initial term ends, care continues monthly and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period.
